We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This privacy policy explains what data we collect when you visit this site, how we use it, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

What data we collect
Waitlist sign-up
When you join the Pura waitlist, we collect your email address. This is the only personal data we store. We do not collect your name, IP address, or any other identifying information.
Server logs
Like any web server, our hosting provider may temporarily store standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time). These are used for technical stability and security only and are not linked to any personal profile.
Purpose and legal basis
Your email address is used exclusively to notify you when Pura launches and to provide you with early-access information. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the waitlist form.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at pura@christopherweidner.de. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Data processors
We use the following third-party service to store waitlist data:
Supabase, Inc.
Supabase provides a managed database service. Your email address is stored in a Supabase database. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and processes data under a Data Processing Agreement. For more information, see supabase.com/privacy.
Data retention
We retain your email address until Pura has launched and you have had the opportunity to create an account, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing pura@christopherweidner.de.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking service. The only local storage we use is a technical flag to remember that you have dismissed our privacy notice — no personal data is involved.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR).
Right to erasure: You may request deletion of your data, the so-called "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17 GDPR).
Right to restriction: You may request that we limit the processing of your data under certain circumstances (Art. 18 GDPR).
Right to data portability: You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR).
Right to object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at pura@christopherweidner.de.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority for Brandenburg is:
Die Landesbeauftragte fur den Datenschutz und fur das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg
Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow
